Xavier McKeon

Managing Director

Managing Director Xavier McKeon leads the team at Finlay Group and is responsible for business development, client relationships, company growth and overseeing operations.

 

With a Diploma in Building and Construction and being a registered builder with the BRB, his knowledge, commitment and passion in the commercial construction industry are major factors behind the company's continued growth and success.

 

Xavier is a member of the Australian Institute of Building.

Enzo Scarvaci - Director

Director

Enzo is our Construction Operations Manager and leads our project teams and site operations.

 

Enzo is responsible for overseeing the construction process while working closely with site teams to ensure safety standards, work standards and management of the projects and work programs are all executed to meet the high level of expectation set by Finlay Group.

Mark Hill

Project Manager/Estimator

Mark is our Contract Operations Manager responsible for administering the tender process, executing contracts, compliance with Regulatory Bodies and scheduling projects.

 

Mark and Enzo work closely to create project teams and programs to meet our clients’ needs.

 

Mark has commercial construction experience backed by a strong business back ground and is committed to continuous improvement through training and development.

Mutasem Barham

Projects Manager/Estimator
MSc Construction Management
BSc Structural Engineering

Key roles include: Estimating, procurement, contracting, cost control.

 

Planning and project management. Mutasem has over 12 years’ experience in the commercial construction sector both locally and in the UAE.

 

He is an expert in managing construction projects from tender stage to the completion and hand over.

 

He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.

 

 

 

Sarah Green

Office Manager/HSE Co-ordinator 

With over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry Sarah is an integral part of the company with a highly versatile role, her main responsibility’s are all aspects of HR, labour hire, payroll, IT, accounts payable/receivable and general administration duties.

 

Sarah maintains the internal management & OHSE systems whilst implementing policies and procedures.

 

Sarah strives under pressure with strong multitasking skills, organisational skills and time management skills to meet strict deadlines assisting Directors, Project managers, Site Managers and Employees.

Marcus Varian 

Site Supervisor

Marcus plays an integral role for the completion of projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; adhering to OHS procedures which is a priority for Marcus, supervising sub-contractors and staff.

 

Marco is highly knowledgeable in the construction industry and has advanced organisational, analytical and negotiation skills who works well under pressure and controls his environment.

Barry Milne

Site Supervisor

Barry manages/supervises a wide range of fitouts in commercial, residential and industrial environments. Barry has extensive knowledge and experience in international and local projects which helps Finlay Group to consistently deliver on time and on budget.  

Joe Yozzi

Strategic Investments Manager

Joe Yozzi is Finlay Group’s Business Investment Strategist and is also the Managing Director of our sister company, Finlay Investments.

 

Joe is also involved in the guidance of corporate business structures and corporate governance of Finlay Group and Finlay Investments.

 

Joe’s brings to the team a rich history of business knowledge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michelle Hilder

Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer, Michelle Hilder, comes to Finlay Group with a wealth of experience achieved in financial accounting over a career spanning 26 years.

 

Her experience in manufacturing, foreign trade, group consolidations and treasury management, both on shore and offshore has enabled Michelle to perform a large variety of duties which are beneficial to her current role.

 

Michelle has a committed approach to her varied role within Finlay group and shares the team’s vision for growth and achievement in the industry.

 

Michelle has a Diploma in Accounting and participated in the Associate membership programme in Treasury Management at the University of South Africa
